For fish and reptiles on strict feeding or lighting schedules, we’ll work with you to set a visit frequency that keeps their routine completely uninterrupted. We check all equipment at every visit. If something is off — a filter running slow, a heat lamp that’s failed, a temperature reading outside the normal range — we notify you immediately and follow your instructions on next steps. Every aquarium visit covers precise feeding per your schedule and portion instructions, water level and temperature checks, filter and equipment observation, a light tank glass wipe, and a photo update with report card delivered after the visit. For tanks requiring more frequent attention, we can schedule multiple visits per day.
