Terms of Service

  1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, client portal, mobile app, or booking any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

  1. Services Overview

The Pet Concierge provides private in-home pet care, including drop-in visits, overnight stays, neighborhood walks, pet taxi transport, and Mountain Dog Adventures.
Services may be scheduled and paid through our secure online client portal or app.

  1. Booking and Payments
  • All bookings are made through our Time to Pet platform.
  • Payment for services is charged on the first day of service for the entire reservation.
  • A valid credit card must be stored in your account for billing and deposits.
  • Tips can be added manually or automatically through your account.
  1. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the scheduled service to avoid fees.
Late cancellations may incur a charge equal to the cost of that day’s service or the first day of multi-day reservations.

  1. Rates and Fees

Rates are listed in the client portal and may include additional charges such as:

  • Pet Taxi: $1.50/mile (each way, $20 minimum)
  • Waiting time: $35/hour
  • Extra visits or custom services billed at standard rates
  1. Safety and Conduct

Our Pet Concierges and vehicles are insured and trained for safe handling of pets.
You agree to:

  • Disclose any aggressive behavior, medical issues, or safety concerns.
  • Provide secure access to your property and accurate service instructions.
  • Maintain updated emergency and veterinary contact information.
  1. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • All pets are current on vaccinations and safe to handle.
  • Your property and pets are in a safe condition for service.
  • The Pet Concierge can access necessary supplies (leashes, food, medication, etc.).
  1. Liability

The Pet Concierge and its staff are not liable for:

  • Injury, illness, loss, or death of pets due to pre-existing conditions, uncontrollable events, or third-party negligence.
  • Property damage not caused by our staff’s proven negligence.
  • Internet or app downtime beyond our control.
  1. Media Release

You consent to the use of pet photos or videos taken during services for marketing or reporting purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if a pet’s behavior or environment poses a safety risk to staff or other pets.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
