Service length is matched to the number of pets. Typically:
• 30 minutes = 1 pet
• 45 minutes = 1–2 pets
• 60 minutes = 2–3 pets If you have more pets, we’ll recommend the service length that ensures proper care.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice before the start of a service to avoid being charged a cancellation fee equal to that day’s service (or the first day of multi-day reservations).
We use company-provided collars, leashes, and Ruffland kennel crates in our van. Group sizes are kept small (3–4 dogs) for safety.
Yes, our Pet Concierges can administer most oral, topical, and basic medications. Please provide clear instructions during the Meet & Greet and in your pet profile.
Please ensure food, medications, leashes, litter supplies, or any special items are available and instructions are up to date in your Time to Pet profile.
Yes! Every visit includes a “report card” with GPS tracking, photos, videos, voice memos, and even the option of a live pet conference call.
Yes, we have several options:
• Overnight Pet Sitting (9pm–6am) in your home
• In Home Boarding Package (overnight + two daytime visits)
• VIP Package (24-hour one-on-one care, including walks, baths, and optional Mountain Dog Adventure)
This is a 90-minute group mountain hike for active dogs. We transport 3–4 dogs safely in our outfitted company van to local trails. After the adventure, we return your dog home or, if arranged, drop them off at Idlewire Pet Care for their All Day Play daycare program.
Depending on the time length (30, 45, or 60 minutes), your Pet Concierge can provide feeding, water refresh, medications, playtime, and a walk for dogs. We can also help with small household tasks like bringing in mail, watering plants, or adjusting blinds.
We care for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles (like lizards and snakes), and other small pets.
Yes! Clients can add tips directly to their invoices through the Time to Pet Mobile App or Client Portal. For added convenience, you can also enable Automatic Tips, which lets you set a tip percentage or amount that will automatically apply to future invoices.
If you cancel a service with at least 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund or credit applied to your Time to Pet account. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first day of service (or the first day of multi-day reservations). Refunds and credits are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Yes. A complimentary 30-minute Meet & Greet is required before your first service so we can get to know you and your pets, review care instructions, and answer questions.
All payments are handled securely through Time to Pet. You can store payment methods and view invoices directly in your account.
Absolutely! Time to Pet makes it easy to add multiple pets, their care notes, and special instructions.
Payment is charged on the first day of the scheduled service(s) for the entirety of that reservation.
Currently, we do not require deposits. However, a valid credit card must be uploaded to your Time to Pet account before an approved booking can be processed. Full payment for the scheduled reservation is then charged on the first day of service.
We accept all major credit cards as well as ACH bank transfers through Time to Pet.
All bookings are made online through our account management app, Time to Pet. Once you create your account, you can request, modify, and manage all services in one place.
